Horizon Physiotherapy will visit you in the comfort of your own home, care home or respite environment. Home visits are charged at the lower rate stated for locations within 10 miles of your nearest therapist. * Locations outside of this radius will be charged at the higher rate. We may decline to visit you at home if the travel time exceeds 30 mins. We are also based at Clinics in Aylesbury, Haddenham and Tring. Please note the Tring clinic is upstairs and therefore not accessible to all our clients. We do not have access to moving and handling equipment at the clinics.

Session time (clinics and home visits) may include the therapist completing your records, discussing your goals, providing advice or self-management tools.

Please give the maximum amount of notice possible. If you are unable to speak to your therapist directly, please leave a message as your therapist may be busy with another client or travelling to your appointment directly from another.
More than 24 hours notice: No Fee
Less than 24 hours notice: £40
Repeated cancellations will incur the full session fee.
Horizon Physiotherapy accept payments by Cash, Cheque or BACS. Your therapist will be able to provide you with the relevant information.
BACS payments must be received within 48 hours of your appointment.
Non-payment of fees will result in future sessions being postponed until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Clients with private health insurance may be able to seek reimbursement of their fees from their provider. Clients are responsible for checking eligibility with their provider.
